The app is terrible. First, I couldn't login to my Wacom account. I'd try to log in and it works time out. I tried for two days. Finally called customer service, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and still got nowhere. 2 days later I was emailed instructions to clear my browser cache and then to login via a different link. That fixed it. Happy to be logged in, I could finally try the handwriting to text. It worked the first time. Now every time it just says "operation failed"
Doesn't work. The main draw for me was the ink to text. As a result the Spark tablet is nothing more than an expensive paper weight. What a disappointment from a company from which I had come to expect great results. What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL BE NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED.
